Port Moody Rec Center Playground

The Port Moody Rec Center is one of my favourite places to work out. It's a well designed building, the staff are all super friendly and they have childminding while you work out. They have great spin classes and a fantastic "Mom & Baby" bootcamp on Tuesdays and Thursdays that is really great.

While there, or in the neighborhood shopping at The Little Butcher, Casa del Pane or the newly opened Olive The Best, pop over to the semi-fenced in play structure outside.
